After installing JSitemap not all data source for extensions are created, but only menu and Joomla contents will be included in your sitemap.

You can use the automated wizard for installed extensions to create new data sources and so add elements to your sitemap.

If your extensions are not listed under that supported by default by automated wizard, you need to use a custom data source. There are several custom data sources ready to be imported in the download area, and some other data sources of type 'plugin' to accomplish most advanced integrations.
