Supply agreement

Value of this agreement
This agreement between J!Extensions Store™ and the customer has a value of a contract and may be used as an official document in the case of legal action between the parties.

By accepting this contract you agree not to do the following:
  • Do not use unlicensed copy of our software or request assistance without a valid and official license
  • Do not write negative reviews on this or other websites without a really valid and serious motivation and without having contacted us for support
  • Do not ask for a refund or open a PayPal dispute/chargeback without our consent
You are aware that:
  • by accepting this agreement, if you violates the above requirements you may be legally sued through the International Law Institute at your expense
  • by selecting the checkbox and registering an account you explicitly provide your signature and accept this contract

Access to products, updates, usage and limitations
You have access to download paid products for 1 year from the date of purchase and you will be able to download the latest release or update the extension through the Joomla! updater within this period without any extra cost and on whatever domain.

After 1 year you can continue to use downloaded products without any limitations but you won't have access anymore to the products folder on our store to download new releases and you won't be able to update the extension through the Joomla! updater.

Your account will continue to be available on our store, so if you choose to get a new version of an extension you simply need to buy it again. Moreover a newsletter reminder including a special coupon code to apply 20% discount will be sent you 1 week before the updates license expiration.

All our products once purchased can be used and installed without any limitations on how many domains you need. Our expertise free support is included for 1 domain, if you need assistance on multiple sites it's required a new license for each domain or an extra hourly charge.

The Joomla! updater will notify you when an update is available, moreover most of our extensions include a version checker to get notified about the availability of a new release. Notice that although the Joomla! updater will notify you about new updates, it won't be able to perform the update automatically if a valid updates license for commercial extension is not provided through your email address.

We are the only ones to develop and distribute our extensions that can be downloaded only on this website. Be careful to not download our products on websites other than this one, our extensions can be downloaded only on this official website. If you find our extensions downloadable on other sites at a cheapest price or for free, be sure that viruses, malwares, security injections and hidden links have been added by other people into our products to infect your PC or Joomla! website, thus download and install those extensions on your site at your own risk! Obviously we do not provide support for our products downloaded elsewhere and without a valid purchase license, additionally if you use a not licensed copy of our extensions and we discover this, you may be sued for software piracy by our legal department being an illegal practice. In such case the legal dispute can be resolved through the International Law Institute at your expense.

Our support team is available 24/7 every day from Monday to Sunday. Your support request is usually answered immediately within minutes, in some cases it may requires few hours to understand better your issue and give you optimal answer and solution.

Our policy doesn't trust forum or blog to receive help by other users. We prefer to process personally every single request and customer need, for this reason on our store is available a form to contact us and get an answer quickly. This ensure you the best service taken into account by expert and developers and a little time to find a solution to your problem. Take care that to request support for paid products you need a valid license, asking support for paid products without a valid license is not allowed.

You can get support by email or forum until you have a valid license for the purchased product and you are one of our valid customers. If needed, we include max 1 hour of on site assistance for every single purchased product and the included support is normally limited to 1 domain. This means that if after installation you are in troubles, you can contact us providing admin access or FTP credentials in order to allow our team to setup extensions or solve issues. Of course our support is limited to provide the starting setup or to solve blocking errors, we can't spend whole days on your website to fine tune every single aspect about the extension you purchased; in this case extra costs are involved and must be evaluated case by case.

Becoming our client you explicitely accept to not submit, write or post any negative review, feedback or opinion about our extensions and company on this and other websites without first contacting us and request support in order to fix any kind of problem that you may experiment. It's expressly prohibited to write negative reviews and ratings on this website and on the Joomla! Extensions Directory website without a really valid and serious motivation.

We are a professional company providing top level software and support, so there is no reason to write negative feedbacks about our services, if you experiment an issue we are always available to assist you in order to find a solution. Moreover if you complain about a missing feature in the extension you purchased, you can submit a feature request and we will be happy to evaluate it and plan a development for a future release without any extra cost.

Keep in mind that if you write negative reviews about our services and company you might be legally sued and accused of defamation, in such case the legal dispute can be resolved through the International Law Institute at your expense.

License

All our extensions are shipped without any limitation regarding the domain on which you want to install them. Only our free support, if needed, is limited to 1 domain to help you during the initial setup.

We reserve the right to change policy, prices and all that is related to our ecommerce and products at any time.
Refund policy
You are not allowed to ask for a refund the very first time you contact us or open a Paypal dispute/chargeback before having contacted us. This is clearly unacceptable. If you experiment something that doesn't work fine on your site, you are forced to contact our support and give us opportunity to fix it and make it working even on your website.

By accepting this contract you agree to ask for a refund ONLY after having provided the informations required to fix an issue by our support team such as: demonstration of a real problem, URL address of your website, an optional admin account and a detailed explanation of the problem optionally including screenshots. If we see that our extension can't work fine for you, we will be happy to send you a full refund. This implies that you have to uninstall our extension, moreover your account and product access on our store will be deleted permanently. Refunds can be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please avoid to send us email having "Your product is not what i needed" or "I'm not satisfied", because there are demo sites for every extension, and if you are not sure of what you are purchasing please ask us for a demo on your site. We will agree to send you refund only if we have ascertained that you can't use purchased extensions at all. Moreover before asking for a refund remember that our extensions are unlimited, so if for some reason you can't use it on your current site, you could install them on other domains or future sites.

You are not allowed to open a PayPal dispute/chargeback. We are selling digital goods with no needs to be shipped so opening a Paypal dispute saying that you haven't received what you purchased or that the product is different from description is not suitable at all. You have demo areas to check the software before buying, you can ask us for a free trial, and if you experiment issues on your site after installing extensions our professional support is at your service for FREE to solve any kind of problems.

You are not allowed to open PayPal disputes, simply because there is no reason. This won't help you to be our friend, moreover if after trying to solve possible issues on your site you can't still use the purchased extension we will be glad to send you money back without the need to open a PayPal dispute. We are honest people and we ask you to be the same with us, otherwise you will be BANNED from our store.

Keep in mind that if you open a PayPal dispute/chargeback you violates this agreement that you have accepted when registering your account and having the value of a contract, in such case you may be legally sued through the International Law Institute at your expense.

To request a refund after that we confirmed that the extension purchased can't work on your website, you must send an official email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it providing the exact URL address of your website and fully uninstalling the extension.
Software functioning and compatibility
We are not responsible in any way if our extensions stop functioning on your Joomla! installation. Joomla! is an open source project not directly under our control and the Joomla! platform might change at any time and at the sole discretion of the Joomla! team causing loss of compatibility with the current version of an extension.
In this case we are only responsible to modify our software and release an update in order to preserve the compatibility with the latest Joomla! version as soon as possible. It's up to you to download and install the latest version of our software assumed that you have a valid updates license.

Some of our extensions integrate with third-party services and API in order to offer advanced functionalities such as Google, geolocation web services, audio services, etc. We are not responsible if any of this feature stop working because a third-party service or API changed or ceased. All we can do is try to update our software in order to adapt it to new changes or find an alternative third-party service as soon as possible.

In the same way we can't assure that our software will work on any situation, platform, mobile device, etc. There are cases in which not all functionalities could work as expected and this could be outside our control or skills. If you require our software to work on a specific platform or device you are strongly recommended to check the demo area before buying or ask for a free trial.

We are not responsible in any way if our extensions stop functioning on the latest PHP version or if some functionalities are not available on deprecated PHP versions.
In this case we are only responsible to modify our software and release an update in order to preserve the compatibility with the latest PHP version as soon as possible. It's up to you to download and install the latest version of our software assumed that you have a valid updates license.
