How does the integration with Bing Indexnow work?
The integration with Bing Indexnow is part of the ping feature for search engines.
When enabled, each time you save an article the link is sent to Bing Indexnow.
To enable it ensure that the following options are enabled:
- Enable default Pingomatic autoping
- Article link autoping
You may want to register your own IndexNow ApiKey at this address: https://www.bing.com/indexnow and validate the domain by uploading the TXT file for the ApiKey to the server root, as described in the IndexNow documentation, then put the ApiKey in the JSitemap configuration.
