If you've updated a page and want to refresh the translations, GPTranslate offers several methods to keep multilingual content automatically synchronized and always up-to-date.

Here are the available options:

1. Automatic Incremental Translations System™ (Recommended):
GPTranslate can automatically detect content changes and translate only the new or modified text instead of retranslating the entire page.

This means translations remain synchronized automatically in real time while significantly reducing translation costs and unnecessary processing.

When you edit a page, publish new content, or update dynamic sections, GPTranslate updates only the changed parts across all languages while preserving the existing translated content.

2. Manually regenerate the translation:
You can delete the translated page and regenerate the translation either manually or by waiting for a user to request the translation again.

3. Automatically regenerate the translation using the crawler:
You can delete the translated page and regenerate it automatically using the crawler. You can also use the option 'Crawl only this URL' to refresh a specific page or the option 'Batch URLs mode' to crawl multiple selected pages.

4. Manually edit the translation:
You can add or modify the translations of a page directly through the edit mode, allowing full control over the translated content without regenerating it.

5. Real-time translation for frequently changing pages:
If a page changes very frequently, you can mark its translation record as unpublished after it has been translated and saved in the database.

When a translation record is unpublished, GPTranslate will always translate that page in real time from the source language to the target language instead of serving a stored translated version.

This approach is recommended for dynamic pages such as news, live content, dashboards, or pages that are updated very frequently, where storing a static translated version could quickly become outdated. It's also possible to enable the global real-time translations parameter in the component configuration to apply this behavior to the entire website.
