Hello,

yes the sitemap is redirected to an HTML document, not sure if you are using sh404sef and you have configured it correctly to work with JSitemap, if not a working link to submit to Google webmasters is this: https://www.tekmil.com/index.php/en/component/jmap/sitemap/xml?format=xml

or even better use raw links for search engines submission:
https://www.tekmil.com/index.php/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=xml&lang=en
