I have cleaned all entries in DB, file structure but re-installation couldn't register Jmap entries in #__menu.
I managed #__menu issue manually.
It needs an investigation.

Yes it sounds weird, it looks like some resources are already present when Joomla is attempting to install the extension. I thought to the table #__assets used for ACL permissions.
