You are quite perceptive. Now the only thing missing is the locality is blank any thoughts about why?

Perfect, if the locality is blank it sounds like EZ Realty uses another field to store address informations. You should have a look at the EZ Realty table using phpMyAdmin to find fields and values... it's the correct way to proceed when analyzing a component.
