I have

1. data type user (for virtuemart products)
2. data type content
3. data type menu

all published, but look here http://www.e-tipsy.pl/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap

data type content don't show there

When data type content is published all articles have to be added to sitemap.
Ensure there is no restrictions due to multilanguage or access level and no cached sitemap are used.

It seems a multilanguage is active so information about language need to be set in the url like this:
http://www.e-tipsy.pl/pl/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap

or
http://www.e-tipsy.pl/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&lang=pl
