To exclude/include images you find filters inside every data source edit screen.

See the screenshot below.



For example if you add ',content' to the exclude filter all images with this path http://www.hollandhardware.com/images/content/pijl.png will be excluded

Yes, every part of the path is valid, in this case you can just specify the word 'pijl'
