Ok,

the links in SEo dashboard should be the same.
If you are on a live site you can't get localhost for the links.

If you don't get the correct link in the SEO dashboard ensure that the Joomla configuration.php is correctly configured. In particular the $live_site variable has to be left empty and not set to localhost.
