John, could I uninstall the current version of JSMP and install version 4.2?

That would be possible but i would suggest to avoid it to not lose settings.

Try to send or enable my account again to your website, i will try to update it. You have my email address.

Solved - you must update from 3.6.0 to 3.6.1 using the Joomla Updater Component (if it does not show in the list, check to see if it's marked as un-published)

You can then update to 3.6.2 then JSMP can be installed using the Joomla installer
