Purchased today - struggling a bit! Karma: 0  
I purchased today and it looks like a great solution for me.

However, having managed to get it working ok I deleted some old menu modules which were not being used on my current GANTRY template but were appearing in the mobile screens.

I do not know of any other changes but I simply get a white screen on the mobile now although our main site is still working ideal.

Any ideas?

Hi Allan, thank you!

a white screen means a PHP/Server error going on. Probably after some changes a conflict is now happening.

Try to enable the debug mode in the component and the error reporting in the Joomla global config. In this way you will be able to see error details on screen to understand the reason.

I have completed your request but the mobile still shows a white screen with no other information.

The desktop shows in addition to our normal website:

I activated the option below. The desktop now shows a blank screen with no debug information.
