Two last questions before I buy it..

I am going to install it on J!2.5.14 with PHP 5.3.1 and MySQL 5.1.41
Is it ok as Technical Requirements?

Also I am not going to use Google Analytics and Geolocation because it's an intranet. Can I de-activate them from the backend or it doesn't matter?

About requirements everything should be ok, some stats can be deactivate by backend but the geolocation should be activated by default.
