Because it's a PHP file. Use Mouse right click -> Save as

Of course that I have tried that but still the same...
text in source only: Restricted access.

Can you upload ZIP file or at least to provide whole source in new post?

I mean right click -> save link as ... directly on the file name in the forum post, not opening it

Of course Save As...
but that is a result when I open php file in my editor.

Dont know what is wrong, I tried 3 different browsers and it's the same result in source code after I download it and open it.
