can‘t style css in mobile view Karma: 0  
when i Styles some css with Visual Styles Modules, i find it display bad in mobile view, and i can't style it in mobie view,is that my website problem??

It depends how you style elements, if you style them with fixed values on mobile they could not render well. In that case use percentages instead.
