Hi, after installation of jsitemap 2.1 get error "An error has occurred. 404 Component not found "
What can be problem?

Hi,

ensure that the component get installed correctly.
You should see it in the menu 'Components' and you can check if folders are been created for both administrator and site folder named 'com_jmap'

If so ensure also permissions are set in right way and don't prevent component access.

Hi, all folders are 775 and files 644 and have tables in SQL.

When try to click in admin menu, JSitemap PRO, get
"An error has occurred.

404 Component not found

Return to Control Panel"

Usually when Joomla doesn't find a component is because of some missing records in database or permissions that block access to folders.

This is a known bug of the Joomla 3.7 cache, refer to this page and clear the cache to fix: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/15588
