I've got the following error when showing the XML RSS feed from the backend menu Show XML RSS Feed:

so i will be able to help and solve all 3 questions you posted here.

In the meanwhile:

-question with RSS-> due to a javascript code for Google Analytics incorrectly added to the XML of the feed, probably a bugged plugin?
-question with custom data source-> i should access backend to better help you
-question with sitemaps submission -> just submit the links to Google webmasters tools if you have an account in the section to submit sitemaps. Of course the HTML sitemap is not to submit, only the XML formats are to be submitted to search engines

the white page is to the fact that the file used to format XML styles is currently forbidden on the server: http://www.quebecguitare.ca/components/com_jmap/xslt/xml-sitemap.xsl

this is the xsl file that format the XML user-friendly and need to be accessible, not sure if you can grant it or if you need to ask to hosting provider.

The XML however is ok and can be seen using standard links for search engines: http://www.quebecguitare.ca/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=xml http://www.quebecguitare.ca/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=images

I had Disallow: /components/ there earlier and I just removed it.

Also, my htaccess there is a lot of security on it. See in attachment.

I also tried to add the mobile link but it looks empty: http://www.quebecguitare.ca/component/jmap/sitemap/mobile
Google refused it. I tried to add it because when fetching my site "as google mobile" on GWT it suggested to index it.
