I am not too sure if it's the right method but here is what I did:

1. add cloudfront link to your GWT dashboard
2. Download the HTML file
3. Upload it to your S3 bucket folder
4. Set the the permission to All user Read
5. Wait a minute and click verify on the GWT control panel.
6. Repeat for all cloudfront links.
