I got a few ugly links in my site map. You know when you don't create a menu item for some categories in K2, you will end up with ugly SEF.

I am trying to get rid of them at the moment...
I got this link that has really bad layout and I don't really want it public, but it has nested categories that are in my menu items with a nice layout.

However when I get directly to this link: http://www.quebecguitare.ca/component/k2/content/154-ressources/
...which I found in the sitemap, the layout is terrible, because there is no way to access this link without a direct hit.

I would like to exclude it, but I still want the nested categories to be crawled.

Any ideas? ... maybe I am way off and this is an easy one.
