Hello John,

I've had a very good result in my number of indexed web links on GWT.

However, mobile links don't seems to index even though my site is fully responsive. I do not have a dedicated link for mobile, the whole site is mobile ready. Please have a look in attachment for a screenshot of GWT Sitemap section.

Any comments on my low Image rate indexing?

The mobile sitemap should include only links to pages with specific HTML code for mobile devices:
XHTML mobile profile (WAP 2.0)
WML (WAP 1.2)
cHTML (iMode)
as reported here by Google https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/34648?hl=en

In most cases it's not needed because today common smartphones are working with normal XML sitemap like PC.
If you have a look at the pdf documentation paragraph 'Mobile sitemap' it's well explained.
