I build a sitemap based on menu-alias to have it displayed in the way i'd like in HTML. The issue is that these links are not displayed in the XML-Sitemap. What can I do?

As you mentioned specific data source, I just selected a few menus to display. Not sure if this is what you meant. Those with a red cross have only Alias-Menus in them and are not displaying in the XML-Sitemap.

Sorry i understand what you mean now, i was talking about something different.
You are talking about alias menu, the structure for this kind of menu that have not real links is showed only in the HTML sitemap. In the XML sitemap real links are included by real menu items pointed by the alias, not by alias itself that have no real links.
To include that links in the XML sitemap publish pointed menu holding real links instead, this ensure to have valid and no duplicated links for the XML sitemap that is submitted to search engines.
In the HTML sitemap users will be able to use also alias links that is good for human but not for search engines.
