I can't seem to get my Zoo Product Catalog Items to display in my XML sitemap. I created the Sitemap Data Source using the Wizard. But still none of my items from Zoo are showing up in the sitemap.

Not sure what's the best way to debug this. If I go into the Data Source I do see the generated SQL, but it doesn't appear to be syntactically correct SQL; I'm assuming it's templatized in some way so variable substitution still needs to take place. Any help would be appreciated.

I am using Joomla 2.5 with JSitemap PRO 3.2.

Yes that's pretty normal, the sitemap is based on categories grouping thus items need to be assigned to some category to be showed under some folder in the sitemap. If you have orphan items to include them in the sitemap the solution is remove the JOIN with the category table in the data source settings.
