Hello Tom,

to exclude elements from the sitemap simply unpublish a certain data source.
You can also exclude single elements, for example single menu items.

If your XML sitemap doesn't reflect changes, ensure that links are not included by other data sources, for example some menus, and that there are no active caching for the sitemap.
