Sorry but while i looked back , i found that my chat which was on bottom right has moved up to JSitemap module.Bottom one though is not clickable.http://prntscr.com/6ok1tm

Hello Anil,

this happens because probably the chat that you are using is based on a script and get executed even inside the iframe that renders the HTML sitemap.
If they have not provided a Joomla plugin with exclusions or right code to avoid this you may need a custom assit on site by me to get rid of it.

But i am using their pluin for Joomla. What do you mean by custom assist? Does not mean i have to pay for that

Hi Anil,

no i wasn't asking you money for that
I meant that i can have to help you on site to solve, if they have a Joomla plugin probably the code is bugged because the chat should get executed only in the main page template.
