hi again,

the rich snippet management based on schema.org is a missing feature of Joomla. There was a proposal and a development going on this, but it's still not integrated in Joomla.
Title and descriptions however are not rich snippets, they are normal meta info.

An extension plugin to manage schema.org rich snippet is this: http://extensions.joomla.org/profile/extension/site-management/seo-a-metadata/j4schema

Well, rich snippets are not mandatory. I was hoping that Joomla will integrate them in version 3.5.
By the way the j4schema plugin should not conflict with other extensions.
The most important thing however, is ensure to set properly titles and descriptions for your contents, this is the main contents used by Google.
