UPDATE: looking at the site it seems you have installed sh404sef, in this case it needs to be configured as reported in the relative pdf document.

A valid link for the XML sitemap on your site is this: http://www.ilovebingo.co.uk/xml.html?lang=en&format=xml

This can be directly submitted to Google Webmasters Tools.
