JSitemap PRO Pingomatic link problem Karma: 0  
Hello,

We jsut launch our new website in Joomla and we have change from http to https. We are trying to use the Pingomatic link from JSitemap but for some reason it freezes in the midle and it doesnt finish. We are wondering if someone is having the some problem. our website is www.dojiggy.com

Hello Pedro,

normally the Pingomatic feature works fine on https, however another user experimented this issue then solved. It seems also related to the browser.
Try to use the Pingomatic on Chrome or Firefox the latest, and clear cache and cookies before using it.

PS: it could also be related to the Pingomatic SSL certificate.

Before using it, visit the site https://pingomatic.com/ with the same browser granting access even if the browser prompt it as not verified. This should grant the feature to work correctly also in Joomla.
