Just as an addition, to know the exact number of links indexed for your site never rely on GWT, often updates slowly and reporting partial results if your site was existant in past years. The number of indexed links reported for the sitemap in this case is the amount of new links added to index contained in that sitemap. Technically only for just borned sites the number of links in the sitemap should mostly be equal to the reported indexed in GWT.

To know the real total amount of your site links added to Google index, do the search site:comenaranjas.com in Google search. This will show all the pages indexed for your site and the whole list. See the below image, your site has 1100 pages indexed, and links contained in the sitemap are already included in Google index.

To check if a particular link is added to index just search this for example:
site:comenaranjas.com/es/tienda/fruta-de-temporada/kiwis-zespri-verdes-por-kg-detail.html

It will show the single result for the searched link.
