Hi Roger,

yes thus you need to ensure that using this Google account you can access the site http://www.samariter-osv.ch/ in the Google Webmasters Tools https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

It seems that the site http://www.samariter-osv.ch/ is not associated with the same Google account, indeed the message from Google is that you have not sufficient permissions.
