Hi Andre,

the hreflang is a particular type of sitemap to associate links with different languages.
This feature has already been discussed here: http://storejextensions.org/forum/view/24-suggestions-and-ideas/2237-re-hreflang-tags.html
It will be developed in the next version 3.5.
