As i sent you by email, no errors but the link is redirected to the home page.
Most probably this is related to an htaccess directive or a server firewall or similar system.

i don't see any htaccess file in the administrator section of the site.

Can you please contact the hosting provider asking why the following link:
http://www.rootdamage.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jmap&task=ajaxserver.display&format=json

is redirected to the home page?
