Hi Tony hope you are well,

if you mean only in the component control panel the problem could be due to the fact that the component open a connection to the remote server for the updater and version checking. In this case check if on the server PHP sockets and fopen are enabled.

Hi,

Yes they are. The component loads fine and show the latest data. The only issue is with speed and time taken to load the component or show the data in it.
