JBusiness it's quite difficult to integrate because it has its own SEF rewriting system not following Joomla standards.

However if you link JBusiness directory to the home page, you should be able to get correct links importing the data source named 'jbusiness_directory_seo_enabled.json' that you can find in the download area and choosing the menu item alias 'Home' in the data source settings.

PS: in this case the SEO option in JBusiness configuration should be 'On'
