first off all, congratulations for a great component!

The issue I have is the below:
when submitting xml sitemap in google webmaster tools, google gives the below error:

We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.

It also mentions that the error is in line 12008.
By viewing the source code page of the xml sitemap, the line 12008 is the last line of the file:
</urlset>

The problem looks like an error in the XML document, commonly caused by a bugged plugin installed on your Joomla.

Try to open the XML sitemap in your browser and check this FAQ to see if that's the case: http://storejextensions.org/faq/xml-sitemap-results-not-well-formatted.html

thanks for the fast response.

I have deleted an old sitemap component which I used until I purchased Jsitemap.

I also checked the virtuemart plugin you mention, but this didnt exist in the plugins of our website.
At last, I checked the list of buggy plugins you mentioned, but I had noone of them.

Tried resubmit the xml sitemap in google, but still same error.
Then I thought this may be a google cache issue in webmaster tools. I deleted the sitemap, resubmited, but again, same issue.

In such case i should have a look at your website, otherwise i can't check if the XML document is not well formed or broken by some third party extension. Sometimes even a wrong encoded character is enough to invalidate it.
