Hi,
I added WIldcard ssl to my website. so my http://domain.com has changed to https://domain.com

Should I change data in Google Webmasters and Analitycs account to https and put new data to JSitemap or leave them as before ? ( i mean i.e. Preferred domain orTracking code)

Hi,

yes of course if you migrate your website to https it's best practice to update everything.

So change the your domains in Google Webmasters and Analytics to the new https and update JSitemap accordingly.
