deleted pages showing up in Search engines metainfo dashboard Karma: 1  
Although I have deleted several articles which I used as place holders while building my site they are still showing up in the Search engines metainfo dashboard and actually show up on the web. How do I find and delete these. An example is: http://www.atlantainternetdesign.com/9-content/10-responsive-design

Hi,

the metainfo includes the same links contained in the sitemap. So if you delete an article ensure that the sitemap is not cached to refresh everything.

if you delete an article this doesn't mean that it will be deleted on Google.
Currently the article that you posted http://www.atlantainternetdesign.com/9-content/10-responsive-design is still reachable and valid. To be de-indexed it must return a 404 page. It's no more included in the sitemap instead and so in the metainfo.

Sorry---stupid question. The articles were actually published, just not linked to any menus.
