[SOLVED]Issue SEO stats with JsiteMap Karma: 0  
Hi Sir/Mam,

I have installed the JSitemap PRO, but it always show error on jsitemap dashboard in admin side-

"Error connecting to remote service, no answer or no connection can be opened"


Please advise, how can i remove this error.

Hi Ray, i hope you are well.

The problem is related to the server, it looks like the PHP Curl library is disabled.

Contact the hosting provider asking to enable it. In the meanwhile you can disable that window/error in the component configuration as in the image attached.

I have checked the server configuration and i find that the Curl is enabled in my server then why this error is coming.

Error connecting to remote service, no answer or no connection can be opened

Yes it's enabled looking at the PHP info.
So i've no clue why your server is not able to contact the remote service, please contact the hosting provider asking more details. If the CURL library is not able to connect to the remote service i can't do nothing to help you, i'm the wrong person to contact.

Hi John,
Please note that the issue has been resolved by the Web Hosting Provider as suggested.
Find below their update:

Due to security reasons we have disabled by default outgoing connections for all user accounts.
We have re-enabled the outgoing connections for your account now and your account/sites should be connecting fine to external servers.
Please be advised that you can enable/disable the outgoing connections for your account from the Hosting Control Panel -> Hosting Settings section with the setting "Firewall Options".
