Despite the fact that you have multiple language your site is still only one: http://gpsmapping.ly

The language prefix in URLs is only part of Joomla URL building, nothing to do with having multiple websites and doesn't affect at all Google Analytics and Search Console.

You will continue to deal with the same unique and real website http://gpsmapping.ly and nothing changes or must be added to the Search Console.
There are not real folder ( /en ) and ( /ar ) but it's only the Joomla router that manages the language string.
