All Links in 403 Karma: 0  
Hi,
I installed JSitemap Pro and found that all links on Sitemap Link Analyzer are in 403. But when I click any of the links, they are all working. Plus, I get this error message: COM_CONTENT_ERROR_PARENT_CATEGORY_NOT_FOUND. How can I fix this? Please help.

Hi,

About the 403 it looks like the analyzer crawler is blocked on your server. Http 403 status code means access is forbidden so the analyzer can't know nothing about links status. Contact the hosting provider to ask more details.

The error is related to the com_content not to the analyzer, eventually try to change the analyzer working mode to 'Compat mode' in the component configuration

Hi,
Thanks for the super fast response.
The error message: COM_CONTENT_ERROR_PARENT_CATEGORY_NOT_FOUND has been fixed when I put it on Compact Mode. Thanks.
