Hello,

the error is related to particular settings of the server configured by hosting provider.

To avoid the error, download and install the latest package of JSitemap 4.1, ensuring to clear browser cache.

After that you will find the following parameter that you have to turn to 'Yes'
 
Logged Logged  
  The administrator has disabled public write access.
