[RESOLVED] Blank HTML Sitemap Karma: 0  
I used Xmap until I replaced it with Jsitemap Pro. On my Website (http://www.jrtcllc.com/), Jsitemap Pro returns a blank page (see attached image ). I had to reinstall Xmap to recover this function.

I am very confused with this. The site particulars are:
  • Joomla version: 3.2.3

  • PHP version: 5.4.27

  • MySQL version: 5.5.37

  • Template: RT Hadron


I will definitely appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Don,

having a look to sitemap configuration could explain something more.

Your site configuration seems perfect.

Having data sources published should not result in a blank sitemap.

Hi Don,

just looked at your site.

The problem seems to be the template in use that is based on a CSS transition.

It normally hides the sitemap for some weird reason.

Contact me to post definitive solution, see below.

Thanks! I might have found the solution - turn off Load Transition - but it would have been completely by accident.
