And what do i do next ?
Should i just press every button on the controlboard ?

This maybe a stupid question. But i could not find anything in the documentation and what to do first.

I too had this question after reading documentation. What are the initial essential steps? The video fortunately answered many questions. One though that it didn't answer is this: What is the best practice relative to publishing front-end links to the sitemap? Should there be links to both the html and xml versions? I do note that this app puts the most important link in the htaccess file automatically.
The component comes with a module. Is this what that is for?

Hi Jim,

well the video indeed covers almost every best practice that is essential.
Take care: the XML is always for search engines and must be managed using the robots.txt file, indeed the component does this automatically. The HTML sitemap is for users that visit the website. So publishing a link to the XML sitemap in the frontend of the website is never done and makes no sense.
The module that comes bundled is to show an HTML sitemap on the website positioned as a Joomla module that in some cases may be useful, such as having a navigation footer.

All pages already have a footer module. I would just like to add a link to HTML sitemap. What is the easiest way?

To add a link to the html sitemap is extremely easy, it's a normal component that can be linked to a menu and you find it in the Joomla list when you add a new menu item.
