white popup on htaccess editor and robots editor Karma: 0  
Hi John,
on my second license i get a white screen (popup) on htaccess editor and on the robots editor.
i use PHP 5.6.19
It is a fresh install of Joomla 3.6.2 and it is the latest version of Jsitemap 4.2

[hide]both files have rw-r--r--[/hide]

Hi Jan,

i don't think it's a problem of permissions, maybe a PHP error under the hood.

Try to enable error reporting in the Joomla global configuration and the 'Enable debug' parameter in the JSItemap configuration. You should get an error detail instead of a white screen.

Hi John,

i trued to set debug on but i got an PHP error. Calles provider. NOw debug works again.
Limit mem is now 512M

But still a white popupscreen. And i cannot see any errors. Cannot scroll down because of the popup.

Hi Jan,

not sure what you mean about enabling debug, however if you are not able to activate it try to ask to the hosting provider if they got a PHP error in the server log.
