JSitemap Pro xml sitemap with automatic (data based) content Karma: 0
Hello,

I bought and installed JSitemap Pro yesterday.
First I tried to generate a xml sitemap for Google. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that not all pages are recognized.

For explanation:
I generate content (pages) with an variable in the hyperlink. With this variable (id) Joomla generate a dateil page with the database.

Please have a look: https://www.crema.de/index.php/domains/begriffdomains-gtld#buchstabe-a
Go to the domain "academy" and click on the right button "Details". You see at the Hyperlink the variable "domainID=academy". With this ID the page select the affected data in the database: https://www.crema.de/index.php/domaindetails?domainID=academy

There is a total of about 600 domain detail "pages" and these have to be in the xml sitemap for our friendly Google. But these pages weren't listed when I generate the sitemap. I also didn't found any setting informations in JSitemap.

Thanks a lot!
Regards

Hello,

for explanation:
firstly you have to realize from what component/database source you pull links like https://www.crema.de/index.php/domaindetails?domainID=academy
After that a custom data source could be possibly configured to include all these links in the sitemap.

However the main problem is that this kind of links are not ok because not fully SEF rewritten. I have not informations about your website and i don't know if these links come from a Joomla component or not, however the SEF router of Joomla if triggered, should provide correct and fully SEF links such as: https://www.crema.de//domaindetails/academy

So the first challenge for you would be get correct links, after that thinking to the submission to Google and sitemap.

best regards

John
