I wondered if we could get some help. The problems are:
No XML sitelinks
No HTML sitelinks
No publishable/usable site maps at all.
Google ranking falling as a result.
Need to be able to generate new sitemap reflecting recent updates.
I am confident all configuration settings are correct.
Can you take a look if I PM you the back-end logins?
I do hope this can be straightened out and made to work. It is a very powerful and complex component.
Nothing but "internal server error" when I try to use the SEO spyder and "analyze sitemap list." So it appears that the component cannot actually inventory the website.
In data sources, only once source is included even though all the other critical sources are toggled on and supposed to be included.
Several other things don't seem to be working either, but I'd like to solve the big obvious issues first.
Our firewall shouldn't be an issue, but I guess anything is possible.
I have hope there is a solution, with your help.

the problem could lie for example in a third party plugin, conflicts, or wrong settings.

Everything is working so much better. But I'm having issues with meta-info rewriting. Rewriting works fine for native Joomla articles. But it's not working for Easyblog posts. Easyblog has a lot to love, but SEO friendliness isn't one of them. So I wanted to go through and write clean titles and descriptions, appropriately constructed and optimal-length. It seemed to save, but when I went back to the metainfo screen later, all my work had been wiped out. I had an inkling something wasn't right when I wrote some new metainfo and then ran the spyder. It still showed all the errors I thought I had corrected. Everything else is working fantastic. One thing I really like is that the metainfo screen allows me to easily exclude archival content that's published but no longer hooked up to a menu item.
Please advise? I do plan to be doing more blogging this fall and want to be able to push that content out into the index.
We are very close. I plan to add a nice review to all the other complimentary ones I've read on the JED.
