different url for sitemap? Karma: 0  
Hi All,

I noticed that in my JSitemap Pro config, the link for XML sitemap is:
Code:
http://www.astridtimmers.nl/component/jmap/sitemap/xml?ver=4842&format=xml
But in my robots.txt it is stated as:
Code:
http://www.astridtimmers.nl/component/jmap/sitemap/xml?ver=5117&format=xml
and
Code:
http://www.astridtimmers.nl/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=xml
My question is: shouldn't the numbers be the same? I now have ver=4842 and ver=5117. The same happens with the images sitemap. thanks, Boudewijn

Hi Boudewijn,

it doesn't make any difference, they are all links pointing to the same sitemap.

The difference is given mainly because you have enabled the option 'Enable random links for sitemaps' so the random parameter is added. This parameter normally is not required, only in some cases to help Google Search Console to refresh the cache.
