Hello William,

both images and videos sitemap are based on a crawler.

From your settings i see that you have enabled the sh404sef multilanguage option, try to turn it off because FYI that could be the problem if it was working previously.

Just tried to turn off the sh404sef multilanguage option but this time it becomes on hold for a very long time then failed again.

So that was the problem.

If you experiment still timeout after long time processing you can decrease the links limit at each step.
Your normal images sitemap is now working fine. http://www.airtools.com.tw/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=images&xslt=1

Good day!

For your information, I tried to reduce the limit to 10 only but still it's showing error after a while.

The image sitemap you are seeing is wrong as we have more than 800 images on our website.

Please advise how we may solve this, thank you

Dear William,

i've no more clue on your problem.

If you still experiment weird errors, investigate in the server log to identify the exact reason and also try to exclude some data source from the images sitemap in the case that the problem was limited to some particular link coming from Hikashop, menu, etc.
This will help to understand more.
