Hello, i have 18000 links in sitemap. I gave the link to google webmaster, and it index only 1800. In 16000 it has written parrameters MANAGE.

What can i do to fix it?

I have also 18000 pictures, i generate sitemap, written by 1500 and google told me, that size of sitemap is too big. what is ideal size, to get indexed?
