I talk about these 2 subject, perhaps reason is the same. I have installed version 4.3.4 of JSitemap on Joomla V3.7.2 version. XML sitemap is correctly generated and if it is called by dynamic link it is also correctly generated.

Image sitemap is not generated whatever the method (by tools or dynamic link). This is the same case for 404 error page this one is not generated, template error.php file is not updated. perhaps same reason, I have checked permission without found problem

I have tested on production and developpment environment with exactly the same behaviour

i think that your questions are completely unrelated.

The images sitemap issue could depend on a lot of factors.

The 404 error page is not a real feature of JSitemap, it only enables to customize the text contents of the 404 error page.
