sorry but this is not possible at the moment.

Indeed the plugin for the CCK Flexicontent has been developed by the FLEXIcontent team and support for category links is not included.

Although the option "link to categories" is available in the data source settings being a generic setting for every extension, it won't work in this case.

You can try to contact the FLEXIcontent team asking if they can extend the plugin to generate the categories tree and the category links according the the JSitemap plugins API. In such case please inform us about an updated version of the plugin data source for FLEXIcontent.
